We’re delighted to share that our recent publication, “Direct polarization-entangled photon pair generation using domain-engineered nonlinear crystals” by Anatoly Shukhin*, Inbar Hurvitz*, Leonid Vidro, Ady Arie, and Hagai S. Eisenberg, has been featured on the cover of the latest issue of Optica Quantum! (*equal contribution)

In this work, we demonstrate a robust and cost-effective method for generating polarization-entangled photon pairs using a domain-engineered KTP crystal. This approach simplifies the production of entangled states which are key resources for quantum communication and information processing, making them more accessible beyond specialized laboratory environments.
